With every one , there's a special diet. A diet varies counting on the individual’s needs. Our bodies need about 40 differentnutrients to take care of health. These nutrients are often taken in through macronutrients: carbohydrates, fats and protein which are needed in large amounts also as micronutrients: vitamins, minerals, and trace elements needed in small amounts. Diets vary hugely counting on habits, beliefs and trends and dietary requirements are often consumed in several ways.
